Kawailani Fire Station is located at 411 W. Kawailani Street.  Company 3 consists of a fire truck and an ambulance unit with a total of six personnel providing both fire and emergency medical services.

Engine "Ceremony 3" is a 1948 Seagrave Firetruck, and is currently undergoing restoration, it is kept at Station 3 (Kawailani)
