Central Fire Station is located at 466 Kinoole Street. Company 1 consists of a fire truck, 3000 gallon tanker, and an ambulance unit with a total of eight personnel providing both fire and emergency medical services. This station also houses the East Hawaii Assistant Fire Chief who is responsible for all operations of the Battalion "A" districts. Other divisions locted at Central Fire Station are the Emergency Medical Services Division, Fire Communication Control Center, Fire Axillary Services Division, Training Division, Volunteer Fire Division, and Warehouse Division.
